The supplier declaration is one of the most frequently issued trade documents in the EU. It is the supplier’s declaration on the preferential origin of the goods supplied. It enables the recipient to prove the origin of the goods and to calculate the preference. Request
Filtered or unfiltered supplier lists are processed independently. We request supplier declarations according to the Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2015/2447.
Check
We check the supplier declarations according to its formal accuracy. Subsequently, we verify the content of the following data:
- Customs tariff numbers
- Article numbers
- Material descriptions
The goal of the content check is to classify the supplier declaration to the relevant materials.
Clarify
If there are any discrepancies during the inspection, complete supplier declarations or the missing information will be requested from the suppliers.
